Called occupant left name and # to call back regarding complaint. Called Property Mgmt. discussed complaint. Property Mgmt states the wires are communication cables. the bugs are being treated by Terminix (termites). Maintenance is working on the ac located in the basement. It was noted that the smell of sewer is coming from the AC unit. (stagnate water?) Occupant has not called back yet. |

Property Mgr called back after she met with the Maintenance Supervisor who inspected the AC at 248 E.5th St. The water in the basement is condensation from the AC. A drain is provided to allow the condensation to drain out. He did note the ac needs a new pump which has been ordered to replace the older pump. Close case |
