No one answered the door, went to manager and he gave me work orders of all repairs that have been done to unit, he says they do have a stain on the ceiling, but tenant has things hanging from ceiling and needs to remove before painting, also cabinets are fine, , tenant want them replaced per manger, advised manager no need to replace, will be closing case ( SEE FILES ) |
