11 ft high cinder block wall plus a cap stone and approximately 2 ft of wooden fence added on top of the cinder block wall located on the west, south and east side of property. Owner has applied for a permit but has not obtained a permit. A resubmittal is still required from 4/24/23. Advised owner she needs to resubmit her plans to the PDSD and finish the project before a permit can be issued. Did mention the Reviewer identified the front and back portion of the mobile home porch had been increased in size with out proper permits. Owner states she did not do this addition. I explained to the owner. As a property owner she is responsible for bringing this into compliance. |
