On site with tenant. Outlet covers are missing behind the stove and refrigerator. The GFCI was is not working in the kitchen area. The outlet next to the mircowave oven has an open ground. There are no smoke detectors in the unit. Need one for living room and bedroom. There is a carbon monoxide alarm. The windows in the bedroom do not open, must be able to open in case of an emergency. |
