143 PM - Met on site with agent for property owner, who allowed entry into the rear structure. Is a 20' x 14' block structure with concrete floors. Structure is listed on the Property Record Card dated 1963 as a utility storage room. Agent states they painted the interior and exterior and added no utilities. The structure in its current condition has no kitchen or bathroom and thus is not a dwelling unit. Roof is existing compared to Pictometry images. There are no signs of work without permits on the structure. Unable to verify complaint, will close case. -VM |
