09/06/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 142 PM - Responded to property, found owner on site. Says he had plumbing snaked around 6 AM, wipes and socks found blocking lines. Plumbing company has already left. Did enter apartment with tenant on site. There is about 1/2 inch of water in the apartment floors. This apartment is directly next to the clean out. Tenant did flush toilet and ran water in shower, is draining. Crew did arrive and began cleaning up water in unit. Door hinge is loose/detached at toilet room. Damage to door frames and drywall at the bathroom toilet room door, closet entrance, bedroom door. Hole in drywall with a phone wire sticking out of it in living space. Hole in ceiling above closet. Ceiling plaster peeling/bubbling in bedroom. Did advise owner 30 days for repairs. -VM
