Observed trash and debris on the property located in the alley. Trash and debris included tires, old car parts and other miscellaneous items. Also observed one inoperable vehicle parked in the driveway of the property in the carport. Also observed an inoperable Ford Mustang parked in the back of the property. Also observed overgrown vegetation on the property in the alley |
