Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car into building. Arrived and all the units still on site and was an active scene under investigation. A vehicle hit the corner of the northeast section of the building. The wall is a double brick on the interior and has a wood frame furrout with stucco outside the double brick. The wood framing was damage with stucco falling off, approx. 4' high x 8' around the corner. The interior of the double brick has no damage or was not able to see any cracking in the joints at this time. The tenants were on site and allowed me to check the site and has no other damage any where else. The building is for storage and was on site working in the building at the time of the incident. They will be able to keep occupying the building and no permit will be required but may require a historic review due to location of the building and the age of the building for the work to be done on the exterior. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
