Rental property roof has been leaking for an extended period of time. Tenants reported leak to property management via the portal and on the phone and via text message. Property management has failed to repair the roof. The drywall on the ceiling detached in several areas throughout the house. Wet dry wall and insulation have fallen through out the house. Fibers in the air causing my throat some discomfort. Called 5 different phone numbers for the company and was unable to reach anyone representing the company. Completed shut down paperwork. Notice to vacate, indemnification form and permits required for damaged roof and interior ceiling. A Licensed Contractor is required to repair the roof and ceiling under permit for commercial rental property. |
