The min split AC in this unit leaks waterinto the unit ONLY when it rains and the rain blows into the exterior portion of the unit. Tenant claims that the management is not willing to do anything. Management is claiming that the building's developers are coming out to chaulk the ACs in question to reseal it from weather moisture. Once this is complete, I will close this case. |
