Fire damaged the electrical and gas line to rental. Water line shut off to rental due fire damage. Smoke damage inside rental unit. Roofing system is completely damaged by fire. Roofing members are Gatored, insulation, drywall burned and detached. Mechanical system damaged, walls and flooring damaged by fire, smoke and water. Doors and windows are burned off or broken off. Notice to vacate apt, permits required, indemnification form issued to Maintenance man on site. |
