Site inspection conducted on this date. Observed was a permanent sign "ZBT" installed on the main structure, which permit research revealed there was no permit. Also, the fence was installed with an expired permit, TC-COM-0326-00401, where fees are still owed and no certificate of completion was issued by the City. Further research to be conducted on group dwelling violation. |
