On site, I spoke with the district and regional managers for the company. Both acknowledged the renovations were performed, and I had them send me the development packages for the landscaping. So far, all the landscaping matched the site plan locations of all the native plants at this property. The management team will also send me a noise report that was done by a third-party company that Mr. Wash uses regularly to ensure they are staying within the noise ordinance for the city. At this time, no violations were observed at this property. In addition, all the vacuums, and associated hoses were intact and appeared to be functioning properly. The noise dampeners appeared to be operating properly as well. I will leave the case open until I receive the noise report from Mr. Wash |
