Car hit the front end of the cinder block house putting a 4x6 ft hole in the wall. Damaging the interior wall dry wall, interior wall with one electrical outlet. Unplugged lamp attached to the outlet. No electrical in the cinder block wall. Plumbing located at the front end of the house was damaged causing water to drain into the yard. Water was shut off. Owner is not home and is not answering their phone. Contacted Arcadia to board up hole in the wall. Back yard where disconnect is located is locked up. I’m unable to access the back yard to shut off the outlet.Complete notice of violation and permits required. Post on house. Called both owners and left vm regarding house. Also sent a text msg requesting for a call back. Sent pictures to owners |
