On site, no grass and/or weeds exceeding six inches in height were observed on the property at this time. Grass and weeds exceeding six inches in height were observed in the sidewalk area. Two palm trees in the front yard have dead fronds located within 10 feet of the house. Sent a 30-day Notice of Violation to the property owner. |
