On site, the inoperable gray VW parked in the street is outside Code Enforcement jurisdiction and was referred to Park Tucson. The silver Nissan SUV showed no indications of being inoperable, such as flat tires or visible damage. Grass and weeds exceed six inches in height in the front yard and sidewalk area. Sent a notice of violation to the property owner. |
