Onsite at property. Observed an accumulation and untended growth of weeds and vegetation exceeding six inches in heigh throughout the property and abutting areas, including the alley. There was also what was observed to be an inoperable Toyota Camry with missing/flat tires and dismantled parts. The vehicle appears incapable of being safely operated due to its current observable condition. |
