08/21/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site with inspector AF, TFD on site, fire at unit# 102 that sustained extensive fire damage. The exterior siding and portions of the roof and eaves showed significant fire and heat damage. Multiple exterior openings and windows were damaged or destroyed, exposing the interior of the structure to the elements.

The interior areas visible from the exterior showed extensive fire and smoke damage, including charred wall and ceiling materials, damaged framing, and debris throughout. Portions of the roof and ceiling appeared severely damaged or destroyed. The structure also contained fire-damaged materials, debris, and personal property.

Due to the extent of the visible fire damage and apparent structural deterioration, the property present a safety hazard. Permits required for repairs, demolition of the property.
Unit is condemned, Electrical service was disconnected at the private meter, gas disconnected by SW gas, Management to secure the unit.
