This property was reported to have an overgrown tree present. I did not observe an overgrown tree that would tend to trigger a code enforcement case. None of the trees I observed block the right of way to the sidewalk or the street, and neither are dead. One of the trees in question was more of a civil atter between the neighbors. In fact, when I arrived on site, I spoke with owners of 1708 who informed me that they had a small disagreement with the neighbor as to who is responsible to cut the tree. Also, at the time of inspection, I observed a pick up truck with cut tree libs and branches. The neighbors informed that they are trying to work out the issue with the neighbor, I acknowledged and also encouraged the neighbors to solve this issue among themselves and just work together to cut the trees. |
