Closed Unfounded: An inspection took place at the subject property at 7:00AM on 9/21/26- At the time of the inspection the claims associated with the original complaint were determined to be unfounded. (reasoning example)The homeowner was able to show me documentation of the original plans of the house and permitting information that disputed the complainant's claim that stated rooms were added without permits. Additionally at the time of the inspection there were no inoperable vehicles found on the property and it was determined that the homeowner is not operating a business from the property. |
