The landlord allegedly turned power off and has been beligerent in his attempts to illegally evict the tenant. The landlord alleges hew is being misrepresented and the tenant has not paid him rent or fixed any items at the home as agreed upon in their verbal rental agreement. The Landlord restored power and I am closing this case to avoid getting more involved in what amounts to a civil issue |
