On site with Inspector JZ, met with the property owner and walked the property to inform them of the observed violations. Observed overgrown vegetation, a dead tree, trash and debris, and miscellaneous storage in the front yard. Commercial trailers, metal storage boxes, and a shipping container were observed in the front and rear yards. The fascia lacks weather protection. Two broken and boarded-up windows were observed near the front door. Storage in the rear yard exceeds 25% of the lot area. The swimming pool is not in violation at this time; the pool is dry with no stagnant water present. Sent a 30-day Notice of Violation to the property owner. |
