On site at property, TPD on scene. There is unsafe and unsanitary conditions throughout property. There is refuse and debris throughout interior that impede safe egress, that includes hazardous materials. There is damaged to interior walls, electrical to include exposed wires, damaged missing fixtures and overloaded circuits. There is damage to exterior walls, doors and windows. There is refuse and debris throughout exterior property to include multiple JMVs in front with flat tires, missing parts. Electrical turned off due to hazardous conditions and booted at meter. Property is condemned Do not occupy and NOV posted in front of property. Property secured by city contractor. |
