At the time of the inspection the fence surrounding the rear of the property on the SOUTH side facing W San Juan Trail was dilapidated and in need of replacement or repair. The fence must be removed, replaced or repaired to the most current and applicable building standards per Tucson's United Development Code and Chapter 16 of the Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance. Failure to comply within 30 days will result in citation to the property owner. |
