On site inspection. When I arrived, the occupant was cleaning out her apartment from water damage. There was also water coming from the front door from the apartment unit and the apartment unit next door. I spoke with the occupant and briefed her she couldn't live there but she would still have access to the apartment to get needed materials and other items. I briefed her to call the Red Cross. I put up "Do not occupy" placards on apartments G7 and G8. Issued Notice of violation, notice of emergency abatement and order to vacate form and indemnification form. Notice of violation will be sent in the mail. |
