On site at property, TPD, TFD on scene. There is fire and water damage primarily to SS of structure. There is damage to roof, fascia, insulation, exterior and interior walls, structural wood and beams in roof and porch integrity appear to be compromised, large rear window sliding doors and frames. There is melted, bare, damaged, electrical wiring, outlets, and fixtures interior and exterior of property. There is a large amount of refuse and debris throughout property interior and exterior. Large rear gate is dilapidated. All utilities have been turned off at meters prior to fire and remain secure. Property is condemned and all repairs require permits and licensed contractor. Property to be secured by city contractor. Do Not Occupy signs posted in front and rear of property. Emergency abatement posted in front of property. NOV will be sent via mail. |
