Inspector made a phone call with property management. Property management is aware of the sewage back up in the building and they are hiring licensed plumbers to take care of the sewer system in the building. The unit or apartment directly below this apartment has the exact same issue with sewage backup going to the public sewer. Case closed – resolved. Refer to CE-VIO0826-03330 |
