facia has been repaired and trash has been removed. the property still has a dilapidated door, several broken windows, roof trim hanging off the southern roof, no address on building, and rotten roof wood that can be seen under the porch near the entry. Additionally, there is a light fixture that is hanging from the wall on a wire. |
