Homeowners have just purchased the home and moved in on 8/15/2026. At the time of the inspection the pool was in the process of being cleaned. Pool pumps were circulating and the water was clearing as a result a NOV was NOT issued for the pool itself. However at the time of the inspection graffiti was present at the back wall of the property at the easement. Contact was made with the homeowner at the time of the inspection who stated they were unaware of the graffiti. |
