Observed unit 919 and it was not secured. The left side screen was loose and it appears that someone as been moving the screen to gain access to the vacant unit. While on site, I encountered TPD and a private security company who had a female detained for squatting inside several units: to include unit 919. I informed them of the complaint I was on site for and they walked me around to other units that they have already cleared or are in the process of clearing. I also informed them I and management I would be sending an NOV for unit 919 that was not secure. |
