Inspectors Zamora/Slaiwa inspected property and found that the reported palm trees were not in a state of violation meaning that dead palm tree fronds were not within 10 ft from the ground or structure. However, while on property, it was observed that a pile of dead palm fronds were located on the west side of the house. It was also observed that the property (Front/side/backyard/abutting sidewalk) had an accumulation of grass and weeds. Notice of Violation will be mailed to owner/residents of unit. |
