09/15/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site, inspected the car wash and spoke with the manager, The manager stated that they had previously been approached by TPD regarding noise concerns and have already taken steps to reduce the noise level. These measures include planting trees along the south side of the property abutting the residential area, lowering the volume of the exterior speakers, which were barely audible from across the parking area, and repairing the vacuums by replacing a part that was causing the high-pitched noise, as demonstrated in the attached video.

No code violations were observed at this time. Case will be closed per the manager's statement and current site conditions.
