Property has accumulation of refuse/debris and outdoor storage scattered throughout the property. There is also a tow truck exceeding 20ft long and at least 8ft in height on the property. Able to make contact with the owner over the phone as well as other occupant at the property. Notice of Violation was hand delivered to occupant but they refused to sign. |
