Follow up inspections on this property took place on October 16th and November 2nd 2026 each time the property remained in violation. Upon original inspection the homeowner stated they did not have the title to the tow truck (Aug 2026). The inspectors explained the process for obtaining a title and gave 30 days to remedy. As a courtesy over 60 days were granted for this property to remedy conditions present. At the time of the inspection on November 2nd the subject property was found to still be in violation of City of Tucson's Chapter 16 Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance and Unified Development Code(s) as a result a citation was issued to the property owner |
