On site, I attempted to gain access to the unit and was denied by the tenant, I informed her that the case would be closed if she refused access to me. She did not respond. I spoke with the maintenance supervisor and management, they explained that this person was being evicted for violation of the lease agreement and it was suggested that's why she called. Either way, I could not gain access to the unit to verify |
