Onsite at property, TFD,SWG, On scene. There is damage to roof to include structural damage, shingles, wood base, insulations and support beams. There are several large holes where interior electrical and fixtures is exposed to exterior elements in roof of structure. There is also damage to electric systems that include bare exposed wires, overloaded circuits. There is also damage to interior walls, ceilings, flooring. There are various hazardous conditions that make structure unlivable. Unit is condemned. Do Not Occupy posted in front of property. Electrical power isolated at pedestal all breaker set to off position. Gas meter turned off pinned at meter. NOV hand delivered to owner. Owner will secure property signed Indemnification form. |
