Appears owner is building a carport and some trenching . Knocked on front door met with owner regarding the work being conducted on site. Explained permit is required for the work. Issued a stop work order. 1:40 pm Returned phone call back to the owner's husband regarding the stop work and the notice. Husband explained he got the notice and he submitted his plans to PDSD and will not do any further work on the carport until he get his permit. Husband also explained that he trenched in the front yard because he was looking for the cleanout drain and never found it. He will fill in the trenching. |
