On site at property, TFD, TEP and SWG on scene. Most fire damage isolated to WS of structure . There is fire, water, and smoke damage throughout structure. There is damage to interior and exteriors walls, roof, ceiling, fascia, damage to structural integrity of roof and ceiling area, attic space. There are exposed wires, melted wires, and damaged electrical wiring, to include melted damaged light fixtures and outlets in carport and storage room leading into main structure. Electrical service has been turned off and booted at meter requires CC. Gas meter pinned and turned off at meter. Structure is condemned. Owner will secure and signed Indemnification form. Do not Occupy posted in front of property. NOV hand delivered to owner. |
