On site at property, TFD on scene. There is fire damage isolated to WS of structure. There is damage to electrical that includes bare wires, melted wires, damaged and melted electrical fixtures. There is fire and water damage to exterior and interior walls, interior ceiling, roof, fascia, drywall, insulation, windows. In addition there is damaged to carport that includes burnt charred wood that has compromised structural integrity and roof damaged. Electric has been turned off at meter and booted CC required. Gas has been turned off at meter. Property is condemned and city contractor to secure two windows on WS of structure. Do Not Occupy posted at front of property. Permits required for all repairs. |
