The plywood behind the energized multi main metering system is deteriorated and some of the main disconnects are only being supported loosely by its conduit. Majority of these main disconnects on this same deteriorated board are not labeled. Kitchen ceiling drywall is damaged from penetrations used for fire inspections. The kitchen and living room have endured smoke damage to include the cabinets. The kitchen light fixture endured heat and is suspended by its conductors. Behind the stove there is a power strip being used to energize the now damaged range hood. The circuit to energize the range protrudes through the wall and it’s connecting outlet is damaged. The unit has been posted unfit to occupy until all applicable permits are obtained and the necessary repairs are completed. Tenant and property management acknowledged all pertaining documents and requirements. |
