On site at property with TPD, and tenant, and later called TEP. TPD stated UNIT A had electrical tampering and currently no power. Meter was open. No power for Unit A. Condemnation. Tenant stated none of her outlets had worked when they did have power. Called TEP to boot the meter. TEP booted the meter to require CC since there was tampering and possible excessive electrical defects for this Unit. Unit is to believed to have many electrical defects, the reason the Unit could not have the power back on and why the meter did not have an account on it. Unit had deterioration, and ceiling peeling. Outlet by sink was not GFCI. Permits Required. |
