On site at property, walked the perimeter to find that huge amounts of trash and refuse are spread throughout the property. The garbage bin areas are overflowing with wet trash; in the rear, side, and front of the property there are massive deposits of paper products, plastics, feces, used diapers, beer cases/bottles, tires, etc. Spoke to the store manager who said that there "was a ticket opened to resolve the issue" with her corporate office but was unable to name a provider of the services and was only able to provide a number to an employee helpline that was ultimately unhelpful. Sent an email and left a voicemail for Amanda Petitt whose number is listed as the contact infor for the owning trust. |
