In 4613, studs are separated from foundation. Broken window. Damage to wall on interior. Outlet ran from flex conduitthat comes out of ceiling and terminated in an outlet on the struck wall is loose out of the wall, but there is no visible damage to the conduit or to the outlet, no wires are loose. Did check conduit all the way to ceiling space and it is not damaged. Ordered store owner to secure the area. In 4615, the wall is pushed in, there is damage to studs and drywall. No electrical in this area. Ordered store manager to secure area. Issued NOV and provided copies to both store managers. A permit is required for all repairs and all repairs must be made by a licensed contractor. -VM |
