1130 am - Trash and debris at curb in front of Unit 1. Resident at Unit 1 came outside, says trash belongs to them and they will call for a bulk pickup. Did advise cannot store trash in right of way and needs to call for bulk pickup before placing items out in the future. There is also a pile of trash and debris dumped behind home in the desert w/ name Sally Rodriguez on multiple pieces of mail from Unit 2. Spoke to Sally and property owner. Mail out NOV. -VM |
