A site inspection of the subject property was conducted on this date. All violations remain. There is still an unpermitted shed in the front yard, which is not authorized, and there is still a lo tof outside storage occurring in the front yard visible through gaps in the fence, even though the photos do not show this very well. Photos were taken. |

Went to the property today and observed the installation of a new A/C unit. Inspector and Morales and I were there to issue a post of the citation that has been ejected multiple times through certified mail. |
