1256 pm - Contact w/ tenant on site. Carpet in entire hallway has been replaced. Flooring in kitchen has been replaced. Closet door has been replaced. New smoke detector in hallway installed, is hardwired and has a battery. Smoke detectors installed in bedrooms. Soft spot in hallway has been repaired. Screw removed from electrical panel and a latch has been installed. Screen door has been replaced. All violations abated, close case. -VM |
