347 pm - Entrance door facing Speedway Bl is blocked on the inside with refrigerators, and door handle on outside removed. Entrance on east wall of building is in service. Contact w/ store manager, who showed me there is an additional exit accessible from the store which is marked with exit signs. Will review with supervision to determine next steps. -VM |
