Also observed storage and debris on front porch as well as in carport, prohibiting a vehicle from being parked in the carport. Palm tree has dead fronds, less than 10 feet from the ground. Unable to verify if the rear yard has any vehicles and/or storage and debris. Rear alley has trash and debris along wall. Issuing notice of violation. |
