Both water and electric are not active for the property. There is an accumulation of refuse and debris on the property. Property does appear to be occupied, no answer at the door. The property has been posted unfit to occupied, all pertain notices has been posted on site. 30-day notice to remove all debris from the property and alley way was posted. Owner is reported deceased in December 2024, will conduct research to notify responsible party. |
