Property has continued reports of it being illegally occupied. TPD has responded to multiple calls from community regarding foot traffic and condemned home being occupied. TPD found a person occupying claiming legal tenant, no lease agreement on hand. Property is condemned until utilities are re-activated. City Contractor has been ordered to secured property, unable to establish communication with a legal owner or legal representative to the property. Property continues to be posted unfit to occupy. Currently awaiting for a contractor to provide clean up date for exterior trash and debris. |
